I totally went gaga over every invitation design on this website. If only I had budgeted for $10 per invitation! Yikesies, that is outrageous!

After a great deal of thought I decided that it would be best to avoid using flowers for decor. They are pricey, a wee bit too delicate, and would require a great deal of time for set-up on the day of the wedding. (Who wants to be stuck at the venue, fussing with DIY floral arrangements, when you could be drinking wine with the gals and having a pedicure? Not I!)

I'm thinking of using candles and olive branches. Don't worry. It's going to look fabulous! Maybe I'll do like Martha Stewart and DIY some faux mercury glass hurricane lanterns.
