We've got furniture we mixed when we moved in together, a couch that we purchased solely because it was the only one that would fit through the door (it's a long story), a too tall/too square coffee table that is worth at least four times what we paid for it at the flea market, and tons more stuff I don't love but am just too lazy to sell on Ebay. With all of my resources being funneled into the wedding or school, I don't much left over for shopping sprees.
